I had an issue with my cars A/C. It was a really complicated issue that couldn't be diagnosed by other mechanics. These guys worked with me to ensure that the issue was diagnosed, and sent the information to their tech-line to ask for advice from other INFINITI mechanics across the nation. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of.


Karol, our sales consultant, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, and ultimately purchased. The entire staff there at coulter INFINITI made the process so simple and actually enjoyable. Shout out also to Nadir, Paul and Delaney as well as Kevin and Jose - what an awesome team! Oh, and I can't forget my sleek, new, beautiful Q50 - what a beautiful and powerful machine that I am proud to drive!

Five star process. Bought another INFINITI in Scottsdale May 2025 and had a horrible experience. We traded that vehicle in after owning it one month and bought a new one from this Mesa dealership that is family owned. If you want to buy an INFINITI only go to this Mesa dealership.

I brought it in for an oil change and I knew there would be more. Mike did an overall check and I had a lot of repairs to be done. I selected the repairs I wanted done now. As soon as we knew they would need additional parts that were not onsite, Mike set me up with a loaner car so I could go on with my day. He had the work done by the next day. Excellent customer service.

Jose was attentive & thorough. He kept me informed frequently with texts and always responded promptly to my texts and calls while my car was being worked on. He and the service technicians were able to detect and determine the cause of a vibrating noise in the front of my car, which another dealership was not able to do for me. The prices are a bit high but they did quality work and my Service Consultant set me up with a really nice loaner car for the day. I inquired about a vehicle and Peter messages me back and even glaciated a video showing me the car inside and out.
I noticed that it was missing an accessory that I wanted. I messaged him back saying I would have to pass on it.
