Took my QX60 in for a fix only the dealer could do. They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Saturday I was told I should have known it wouldn't be ready before Monday. I was greeted right away when pull into the service center. I left my vehicle at Coulter INFINITI and ran some errands. My car was complete and ready for pick up when I was done. When I got in my car it was better than I left it, they washed it and put mints and lifesavers in my cup holders! I will definitely be back to this location.

We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by INFINITI. It took a number of trips to the dealer but finally we were able to get the handle replaced. Jose and Spencer were very patient with us during the process and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them.

At first the service wasn’t the best. It was 2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t get any texts about the findings in an inspection. Therefore I didn’t know they were waiting on me. I was vastly overcharged and their findings were totally unfounded. The codes the have us were not the codes we found before my car went to them and are not the codes we found today. They wanted to replace the motor for $14,000 instead of fixing the real problem and they charged over$900 to tell me these ridiculous findings. I have it being fixed as we speak
