I had my vehicle towed over to INFINITI and it was there for close to two weeks and in that time while I figured out my situation I was able to reach out specifically to Toby, and he remained professional understanding and allowed me the time I needed to get my affairs in order. My Service Technician, Mike, was very polite and helpful. I just moved to Arizona and drove my car across the country, and Mike was great about helping me understand all potential service needs while making it clear which were critical vs which could wait until I had some time to get settled. He was also understanding of the stress with moving so far and was very supportive to help take some stress off the process with needing so much maintenance on my car after the drive.
Nice and comfortable setting and the service advisor is the best. And the service technicians are on point.
I called INFINITI because my car wouldn’t start. They sent someone to jumpstart it. I then I drove it in to the dealership and they replaced the battery. I was surprised that it was covered by the warranty. I was there less than an hour. It was great.
