Took my QX60 in for a fix only the dealer could do. They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Saturday I was told I should have known it wouldn't be ready before Monday. After picking up my car, I noticed there was a crack (circular) about the size of a silver dollar, on the drivers side. When I contacted the dealership I was told they weren't responsible. I have left 2 messages for the repair department ...
I inquired about a vehicle and Peter messages me back and even glaciated a video showing me the car inside and out. I noticed that it was missing an accessory that I wanted. I messaged him back saying I would have to pass on it. An hour later he sent me another message saying he spoke with his manager and was willing to add the accessory if I wanted the car. This man is capable of operating at the speed of sound when circumstances necessitate such expediency.
