For me, the test of a really good salesperson is the follow-up and support (if necessary) after the sale. About two weeks after we bought the car, it developed a problem and was not driveable. I called Ted and he answered the call right away (it was his day-off). He was very receptive and concerned about the problem. He followed up the next day and suggested we have the car towed back to the dealership. When we arrived, Ted was waiting outside and greeted me right away. He made me feel genuinely important and showed real empathy for my situation. Ted arranged for a loaner car and it was ready when I arrived. About half hour into my drive back home, I discovered that I left my cell phone at the dealership. It was about half an hour before closing time so I gambled and decided to drive back not knowing if I'll get back before closing. I arrived about 10 minutes after closing time but Ted was still there, to my relief. He had called my wife to tell her what happened by he nor my wife had a way to contact me. Ted told me if I did not get back before closing, then he would have called and tell me to meet him somewhere halfway between the dealership and my home in order that I get my phone back. That's what I call real great service!
What a great group of folks to work with. We are rather demanding customers. We quickly knew exactly what we wanted and Ed searched until he found our perfect vehicle and then brought it to us, even staying after his shift was over to accommodate our needs. Negotiations was relatively easy and we came back two days later and our car magically appeared! The paperwork was dealt with quickly and were out the door with our new car in nothing flat.
The whole process went swimmingly well!
Very good buying experiance. Ed was very helpful and knowlegable, Brian was willing to work with us to get the price and accessories we wanted and Brad explained everything in detail.
These people are first-class..! Our salesman, Richard, was like a friendly neighbor..! He treated us with respect, answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns, and helped us getting a good deal on a great car, Infiniti FX35. The car was made ready for delivery as promised. Richard really knew the car, inside and out, and gave us a very thorough tutorial prior to delivery.
My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend this gentleman, and this dealership, to anyone looking to either buy or lease these great vehicles that Infiniti makes. A+, all the way..!!
I have purchased four infiniti's from this location in the last five years. The vehicle is obviously fantastic and we are planning on purchasing two more within the next year or so. The performance of the vehicle is important, however even more meaningful is the after sale care. Employees like my representative BART BURNS and the service completed by their technicians are really why we continue to purchase and return for service. Bart Burns goes over and beyond in making every vist a perfect one. Thank you Bart for everything you do!
The employee was attentive and cared about what we wanted in both car and price alike. He conducted any necessary research to make sure we got we wanted. He was polite, professional, and was knowledgeable about the cars and answered all our questions. The experience overall was pretty hassle-free and did not feel "pushy". In the end we went home with a new Infinity and at a price we were comfortable with.
As a professional single woman I have raised two successful children, reached a very comfortable level in my industry, and can fix an occasional leaky faucet. However, I can admit that I am absolutely terrified at the prospect of buying a car or having one serviced! On the advice of a friend that I really trust, I drove 35 miles to go to Coulter Infiniti. I was completely amazed at how helpful the sales staff was...but NOT pushy. Even working through the trade-in of my car and financing of my beautiful G37 went very smoothly and believe me, I can be tough when it comes to negotiating.
Next hurdle...first service. Will they be as nice as when I was buying the car? I called Mark Sortino, Service Manager, directly. He spent a good deal of time with me on the phone answering my questions. When I arrived at the dealership he personally looked over my car and took notes then introduced me to Gerry Lopez who is now "my guy" at Coulter Infiniti. Gerry got everything done on time...as promised...on budget. Could it be?? Was I going to conquer my auto-phobia? Yes!
If this had not been a great experience at both the sales and service level I would have taken my business to one of the dealerships closer to my home. But driving a few extra miles is worth the peace of mind from dealing with a company with integrity. Thank you for restoring my faith in the car industry guys.

Never felt pushed to make a deal as is the procedure in most dealerships I have ever visited. There was no bickering about prices or last minute surprises. Great dealership!!!
We were purchasing our 16 year-old son's first car and he really wasn't sure what he wanted. Rick helped us find the perfect car for him and he showed us all the patience of a saint! Our son flip flopped several times between different cars, then between new and pre-owned and finally between a 2 door or a 4 door. Rick actually found a 4-door pre-owned vehicle that we intended to buy, but when we finally decided on a 2 door, Rick never even blinked. He got us an awesome price on a terrific car. The staff at Coulter Infiniti was very warm and welcoming from the minute I arrived on site. My sales associate took the time to show me the details of each vehicle. There was no pressure and no false promises. I went to get a car and came out a short time later with exactly that car and the payment I was looking for.
This is our third purchase from Richard at Coulter Infiniti. We first arrived at the dealership 3 years ago, due to convenience from our home and in search of a "sweet" new car (G37S). We happened to get Richard as our sales person and hit it off with him right away.
When we look at vehicles, we don't want to be at the dealership the entire day, waiting for the right price to appear, after speaking with numerous sales staff. We explained this to Richard, and he was totally the right person to meet our purchasing needs. We went and purchased a second vehichle (EX35).
Today, we test drove a vehicle (Richard remembered our preferenced and found the perfect one on the lot), the management team ran the numbers and were out the door with a brand new FX35. From beginning to end, the experience with Coulter Infiniti through our sales representative exceeded my expectations! I do not live in the same town that the dealership is located, which was a complication that was overcome due to the expertise of Ted Rees. He made my experience "hassle free!" When I had arrived to pick up my new car, Ted was at his desk ready and waiting for me with paperwork complete, just needing my signature. When I met Brad in his office, in minimal time, the contract was ready and the deal was finalized. I appreciated the courtesy that was extended to me and was assured that if I did have any questions, all I had to do was to phone or text, and I would be contacted with answers. It doesn't get any better than that!!
